iCents.net itself is not charging anything yet (we will probably remain free for many months). When we do charge, it's going to be 1% plus 1 cent for each receiver. So, for example, if you have a paid-link that costs 70 cents, we will charge you 1.7 cents.
However, keep in mind that PayPal will also charge its regular fees. This is usually 5% plus 5 cents. So, for example, if you have a paid-link that costs 70 cents, PayPal will charge you 4.5 cents.
Important: you must open a micropayments account with PayPal to get their special 5% plus 5 cents fee. Otherwise you will get their standard 3% plus 30 cents fee.
